Terms of Use

The Service

Wear uses AI to generate images: from photos you provide, it creates model photos of you and images of you wearing clothing you choose (“looks”). Generated images are AI outputs — they are approximations, may contain artifacts, and may not accurately represent how a garment fits, its true color, or its size. They are for personal, non-commercial use and are not a substitute for trying on real clothing.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your photos solely to operate the Service — generating your images, syncing your library, and restoring it across devices. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You agree to upload only photos you have the right to use. In particular:

• Upload photos of yourself, or of another person only with their consent.
• When you import clothing images from a link, your clipboard, or another app, use them only for personal, non-commercial try-on within the Service. You are responsible for your use of imported images.
• Do not upload photos of minors.
• Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates or misrepresents another person.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Generations are paid for with credits: one credit per look (model photo, try-on, or pose change), or half a credit with Speed Mode enabled. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded. Credits can be bought in packs or earned through the Wear+ subscription. Your first purchase (any pack or subscription) includes one bonus credit.

Wear+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that grants 20 credits each month. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Subscription credits refresh at each renewal, and unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period. Credits purchased in packs never expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable by us. Credit pricing and amounts may change; changes won’t affect pack credits you already hold.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the Service: no attempting to bypass credit limits or authentication, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping or bulk access, no interfering with the Service’s operation, and no using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account (or by emailing us). Account deletion is permanent: your cloud images, credit balance, and account records are removed and cannot be recovered, and it does not cancel an active App Store subscription — do that in your App Store settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required to protect the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you use it at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Apple

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms as the Service evolves; we’ll post changes here and update the date above, and material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
